DRAFT PENDING CLIENT AGREEMENT: confirm the cut-off time, maximum capacity, zones, fees, and customer cancellation policy before launch.

Catering orders

The service is intended for professional and company orders. Orders require at least 24 hours' notice. The previous-day cut-off, maximum number of people, and daily capacity remain subject to confirmation. Availability shown before payment governs the order.

Delivery and price

The address is validated before payment. Eligible zones, delivery charge, taxes, and the total price appear in the summary. Collection from Paninaro Gràcia may also be offered. Card payment is processed by Stripe.

Cancellations and refunds

The customer's free cancellation window and later treatment remain subject to agreement. If the restaurant cancels because of closure, force majeure, or inability to fulfil the order, a full refund will be made to the original payment method.

Withdrawal

Orders are placed for professional activity. In addition, food is prepared for a specific date and may deteriorate quickly, so the exception in Article 103(d) of the consolidated Spanish consumer law applies. This is separate from the contractual cancellation policy above.
